The NAPA BALTIC Packaging Design Awards aim to assess high quality and innovative product packaging design created in the Baltic Region and publicise the best examples to various professionals and to the wider public as well. The exhibition of the selected best work will be accompanied by the NAPA TALKS conference.
The competition is organized by the Lithuanian Design Association (LDA).

Maija Rozenfelde
KID Design Partner, Chief of Design

Partner and Design Director at KID Design, Associate Professor at the Latvian Academy of Arts, Head of the Graphic Design Department. In the design process, she is fascinated by delving into various industries, searching for the most authentic solution possible, always maintaining the curious attitude of a beginner.
In recent years, KID Design's most significant projects have been created together with Stenders, Latvian National History Museum, Laima chocolate, XXVII Latvian Song and XVII Dance Festival, World Running Championship, Gemoss, etc. Her approach has been recognized with RedDot, Print Awards, Art Directors Club Europe Gold Award, Dezeen, Latvian Design Award of the Year 2020 Grand Prix and others.

George Karayiannis

Creative Director - Strategist

George is the Creative Director, Strategist, and co-founder of 2yolk - an independent branding and design agency based in Athens, driven by the philosophy that exceptional design and result-oriented strategy can and should be combined. Under his direction, 2yolk has won numerous distinctions and awards in global and local design competitions, including Pentawards, Red Dot, and German Design Awards.

He is a founding member of the EDEE’s Branding & Design Council, serving as the Council’s chairman and a member of the board of EDEE as its representative. George also hosts "Branding for Greeks," a podcast exploring the dynamic intersection of branding, design, and business in the Greek context.

Emilka Bojanczyk
Creative Director / Podpunkt & Superskrypt

Co-founder of the Podpunkt graphic studio and the Superskrypt digital agency. Winner of international and Polish awards (including Golden Pin Awards, European Design Awards, KTR, Projekt Roku).
In her day-to day work, she deals with a wide and diverse range of topics – from strategy, branding and packaging to infographics, interface and interaction design. Her recent projects include the complex brand identity of the National Museum in Kraków and the logo of Warsaw. Lecturer at the University of Warsaw, Gengdan Academy of Design and conferences (including Element UX Talks, Element Talks, Mobile Trends, AgileByExample), UX consultant at VN Lab.

Diana Didyk
Senior packaging designer at KOOR

Diana Didyk is a graphic designer with over 15 years of experience in packaging design. She works at KOOR, the only packaging-focused design agency in Estonia, collaborating with a wide range of local and international clients. Diana helps brands find the best solutions that are visually striking, technically sound, sustainable and cost-effective. Her unique mix of skills - from design and photography to print project management has shaped projects across Europe. Her portfolio includes work for Dove, Rexona, Kalev, Liviko, Tere, and Tikkurila, among many others.

Juozas Baranauskas

Juozas specializes in packaging development and strategy, leading PinProof Packaging to elevate the unboxing experience for brands and design agencies across a variety of sectors, including consumer electronics, complex product sets, and high-value items.
Juozas ensures a balance of original structural design, optimization, durability, and sustainability in each project from concept to market. Through speaking engagements, advising firms, and conducting workshops, he aims to meld creative visions with eco-conscious execution.

Pedro Serrão
Co-founder, Creative Director at This is Pacifica

Originally from Porto, Pedro is co-founder and creative director of This is Pacifica, a design and art direction studio based in Porto, founded in 2007 with Pedro Mesquita and Filipe Mesquita. He studied at the School of Arts, where he also completed a Master’s in Digital Arts. Along the way, he had the opportunity to teach the postgraduate course in Usability and Digital Culture at Universidade Católica, and has been invited to serve as a judge in several national and international design competitions. He loves to travel and photograph his children whenever he can.

Pedro Mesquita
Co-founder, Creative Director at This is Pacifica

Like all children, he played, punched, painted, played, drew and learned (almost always with his twin). Today does the same.
​
After graduating in Design & Advertising, he worked in several studios and agencies, highlighting the work he developed for Metro do Porto, Agenda Cultural do Porto, Casa da Música, among others.
​
In 2007, together with the designers Pedro Serrão and Filipe Mesquita (brother), he founded a creative studio in Porto. This is Pacifica is one of the most recognized and awarded design studios in Portugal. They stand out for the creative and unique way in which they approach each project. He was the design jury of the Art Directors Club Europe, El Ojo Ibero Americano, President of the Design Jury of the 13th Creative Club of Portugal (CCP) and invited to several design conferences such as OFFF, Get Set, Plug and Play, Comunicar, among others... Since 2019 he has been on the board of (CCP) and in 2021 he became Vice-President.

With a fresh and curious spirit, he works in integrated communication, differentiating and transversal projects that translate into publications in several books and magazines and national and international distinctions and awards. He believes in the alliance between concept and idea, which results in bold and insightful visual narratives.
